Ingredients
• 1 kg of flour
• 1 cube of yeast
• 500 ml of tepid water
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 2 teaspoons of salt
Instructions
Form a dent in the mound of flour on a table, add the water, yeast, and other ingredients. Knead the dough by hand until it is smooth and soft. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise until it has doubled in volume. Preheat the oven before inserting the pizza. For a crispy pizza insert immediately, for a thicker, softer pizza leave to rise, covered with a damp cloth, for about another hour.
Pizza making tips
• High baking temperature.
• Do not excessively knead the pizza dough.
• Maintain the right proportion of water and flour.
• Use sparkling mineral water - mineral salts improve the dough.

Ingredients
• Pizza dough
• 200g peeled tomatoes
• 200g cooked parma ham
• 200g mozzarella cheese
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Instructions
Roll out the pizza dough and brush with olive oil. Cut the sliced ham into strips. Lay the well-drained tomatoes on the dough, squashing them slightly with a fork. Cover with the strips of ham and the diced mozzarella cheese. Season with a little olive oil and bake with a naked flame.
